Pertemps is currently recruiting for a Support Administrator to join our client based in High Wycombe.
Hourly Rate: £12.21
Assignment: 4 months temporary contract
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Duties:
- Printing and checking certificates and final results transcripts at defined periods following an examination board
- Pack and dispatch certificates while maintaining appropriate records, and check and address any errors before dispatch
- Monitor and respond to requests for replacement certificates and transcripts, including printing and dispatch as required, and use established systems to create reports on this activity
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and retention policies
- Respond to routine and non-routine requests from students regarding certificates
- Prepare and collate documentation for certificate and verification purposes

- Previous Admin & Customer Service experience
- Confident in Microsoft Packages
