About the role
We are on the lookout for a Project Manager to help lead a high-value, high-security defence construction project in Berkshire. This isn’t your average build - think complex infrastructure and fit-out, multiple stakeholders, tight security and a long-term programme that genuinely makes a difference. If you’ve delivered large scale challenging projects before, you’ll feel right at home. You’ll be joining a long-term programme with real impact, working alongside some of the best in the business. There’s a clear route to grow your career and you’ll be part of something genuinely meaningful, not just another construction project.
What you’ll be doing
- Running major construction work streams from planning through to delivery
- Keeping budgets, schedules and teams aligned and on track
- Managing contractors, consultants and internal teams
- Navigating governance, security requirements and stakeholder expectations
- Identifying and mitigating risk

- Have a solid background in delivering large-scale construction projects
- Be confident working in complex stakeholder environments
- Have an excellent understanding of NEC contracts
- Be able to obtain SC Clearance
- Possess or be working towards APMP status
