The Role We seek a motivated Business Analyst with Data Governance experience to support our data management objectives. The role involves collaboration across business and technical teams to define data requirements, ownership, access controls, and to improve data processes and governance. Engage with Data Owners, Tech teams, and SMEs to document data requirements. Analyze data processes for efficiency and quality improvements. Define business rules and requirements for data management. Facilitate Data Governance Forum activities. Support implementation of Data Governance solutions from requirements to rollout. Qualifications Requirements: Experience with Data Governance, Data Catalogue, Data Quality, Data Lineage (Purview preferred). Background as Business Analyst in financial services or asset management. Ability to analyze, document, and solve business processes. Knowledge of MS Office, Azure, Power Platform, PowerBI, and data analysis techniques. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Preferred: Knowledge of investment/financial industry. Data governance certifications (e.g., DAMA CDMP, DCAM). Understanding of MDM and reference data.
