Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for sourcing excellence? We are seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager to lead initiatives across categories. Pharma experience is required. Our global pharmaceutical client is looking for a leader to develop category strategies, manage supplier relationships, and oversee sourcing projects across multiple commodities. This hybrid role involves working at their manufacturing site and Head Office.
Responsibilities:
- Implement global and regional sourcing strategies.
- Drive spend consolidation, automation, and supplier optimization.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align sourcing with organizational goals.
- Lead negotiations, manage supplier performance and risks.
- Enhance sourcing tools and processes for efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Economics, or related field (preferred).
