Adviser Support Team Leader
We are working with a Financial Planning firm based in state-of-the-art offices in Surrey, seeking to appoint an Adviser Support Team Leader to manage and develop their growing administration team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone experienced in financial planning administration and team management, looking to take a hands-on leadership role within a collaborative, high-performing environment.
Progression into an Operational or Practice Manager role is available within this company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily workflow of the Adviser Support team, consisting of 4 members.
- Manage workloads, allocate tasks, and ensure efficient case progression. Conduct 1-to-1s, performance reviews, monitor development and targets, and support the team in meeting objectives.
- Suggest improvements to internal processes autonomously.
- Act as the first point of escalation for administrative issues or queries.
- Collaborate closely with Financial Advisers and Paraplanners to ensure excellent client outcomes.

Role Requirements:
- Experience in Financial Planning or Wealth Management in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of financial products, especially pensions and investments.
- Proven team management and development skills.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach.
