Adviser Support Team Leader

We are working with a Financial Planning firm based in state-of-the-art offices in Surrey, seeking to appoint an Adviser Support Team Leader to manage and develop their growing administration team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone experienced in financial planning administration and team management, looking to take a hands-on leadership role within a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Progression into an Operational or Practice Manager role is available within this company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily workflow of the Adviser Support team, consisting of 4 members.
2. Manage workloads, allocate tasks, and ensure efficient case progression. Conduct 1-to-1s, performance reviews, monitor development and targets, and support the team in meeting objectives.
3. Suggest improvements to internal processes autonomously.
4. Act as the first point of escalation for administrative issues or queries.
5. Collaborate closely with Financial Advisers and Paraplanners to ensure excellent client outcomes.

Role Requirements:

• Experience in Financial Planning or Wealth Management in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of financial products, especially pensions and investments.
• Proven team management and development skills.
• A proactive, solution-focused approach.
