Role Description:
- Own and prioritise the product backlog aligned with business strategy.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap.
- Write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in sprint planning and reviews to validate product delivery.
- Ensure products meet customer and compliance requirements.
Skills Required:
- Strong business acumen with knowledge of financial products or services.
- Experience with Agile delivery and managing technical debt.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Jira/Confluence, and agile planning tools.
Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe PO/PM (optional).
