Milestone Education are recruiting for a dedicated and supportive Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role that offers greater responsibility and impact within the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare and deliver learning activities under teacher guidance.
- Provide targeted support to pupils across a range of abilities and year groups.
- Lead whole-class sessions when required.
- Support the planning and assessment of pupil progress.
- Assist in creating a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
Requirements:
- HLTA Qualification or equivalent
- Previous relevant experience working within a school setting.
