Be a member of the team responsible for Stay, BCD’s comprehensive approach to hotel category management. In this role, you will engage with clients at a strategic level to drive successful data-driven outcomes utilizing virtual payment solutions throughout all stages of the customer success management life cycle. You lead Stay client activations, engage with clients to drive change, supporting field program managers and other internal resources to implement and optimize technologies and solutions that deliver value for BCD and its clients. You effectively communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders from various departments to continuously improve our suite of hotel solutions. You lead workshops and projects in Virtual Payment Solutions (VPA).
As a Director, Customer Success and Payment Solutions, you will:
- Develop and maintain good relationships with prospects and existing client key contacts.
- Act as a trusted advisor in all aspects of hotel category management and virtual payment solutions.
- Lead customer workshops focused on hotel category management topics, including spend management and sourcing strategies, booking technologies, traveler engagement, and virtual payment.
- Provide recommendations tailored to individual customers.
- Ensure contractual commitments are met by all parties.
- Share progress to commitments with clients, program management, and senior leadership.
- Create action plans to address any forecasted commitment shortfalls when needed.
- Coordinate with resources from multiple departments on the development and delivery of hotel-related solutions including Product Planning, Marketing, Global Supplier Relations, Project management, and technology support.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Virtual Payment Solutions and lead related VPA projects.
- Coordinate with program management and project resources to ensure customer configurations are programmed to deliver successful outcomes to all parties.
- Monitor and analyze performance data regularly.
- Identify opportunities early and engage with program management, technology resources, and/or spend management consultants to drive improvements.

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Director, Customer Success and Payment Solutions is between $102,000 and $120,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
