What You\’ll Do

Working mostly from home with travel to your local hub and Northampton.

Hiring the very best retail talent to achieve our priorities and delight our customers is our focus in the Recruitment Team. You’ll join a highly visible and influential team, screening and interviewing candidates, informing them about the benefits of working for us, and engaging them throughout their recruitment journey.

Day-to-day

  1. Delivering great service: Ensuring all candidates have a positive experience from application to outcome and supporting store recruitment efforts.
  2. Mucking in: Assisting the team to achieve goals, sharing responsibilities, and gaining broader insight into our business operations.
  3. Communicating: Maintaining constant communication with the team, hiring managers, candidates, and other teams to keep everyone informed and manage expectations.
  4. Asking questions and building relationships: Scheduling interviews, conducting phone interviews, answering queries, and building strong relationships.
  5. Supporting: Prioritizing tasks as guided by the Recruitment Manager to maintain high service levels in a fast-paced environment.

What You\’ll Bring

Experience in high-volume, fast-paced retail recruitment is preferred, but candidates with retail experience recruiting within their own team are also encouraged. Key qualities include:
