About Jamie\’s Farm

Jamie’s Farm is a national education charity dedicated to helping young people succeed. We collaborate with schools and organizations to offer farm visits for small groups. We practice regenerative farming and uphold high animal welfare standards. With generous support, we are implementing a three-year plan to fully adopt regenerative methods across our 1,000 acres, farming without fertilisers or pesticides.

Our Farming Approach

Our farms focus on pasture-fed livestock. We have 1,000 breeding ewes producing over 1,500 lambs, and 200 Aberdeen Angus cattle producing around 200 calves annually. Lambing occurs in January and March to allow young people to witness lamb births. Cows graze in summer with their calves and are fed high-quality hay and silage in winter. We sell bulls to local farmers and meat to butchers and markets. We aim to source as much of our food as possible directly from our farms, including meat served to visitors.

We are committed to regenerative farming, focusing on soil health and natural habitats through initiatives like herbal leys, mob grazing, and hedgerow planting.
