Job Title: Regional Engagement Manager

Location: Cambridgeshire/Northamptonshire, UK

Due to rapid growth within the business, we’re looking for a Regional Engagement Manager to join our amazing team at The B2W Group! This is an exciting role based in the Cambridgeshire/Northamptonshire with a fantastic organisation.

The main role of the Regional Engagement Manager is to source, qualify and recruit prospective candidates and book them onto our pre-employment training courses. This will be done by sourcing suitable referral partners, planning face to face meetings, open days with learners, third party organisations all within the location you are responsible for. Main Responsibilities

• Work with external stakeholders such as DWP/Charities/Training Providers/Community Groups/Restart to promote our range of courses and identify the needs of the local communities.

• To manage all regional JCP relationships and ensure we adhere to all JCP guidelines, providing up to date data for the region relating to learner and stakeholder needs.

• Be active on social media to promote B2W opportunities, as well as attend recruitment and marketing events for B2W to fill courses, build pipeline and candidate pool.

• Deliver outstanding Information, Advice and Guidance to both internal and external customers and to meet this grade in observations.

• Create timely and accurate reports regarding activity levels, candidate enquiries and progress against targets and KPIs (with KPIs being a minimum of 30 completions a month, ideally around 40-50)

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience in recruitment and networking, with knowledge of regional labour market requirements within Cambridgeshire/Northamptonshire .

• Understanding and ability to confidently promote AEB courses and build stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.

• Possess a clean driving license and car.
