They excel in providing consultancy and retained search services to publicly and privately owned companies across the world.
The Role:
Join as an Associate Consultant, on a 3-year rotation programme, learning executive search techniques across different sectors. Ongoing tasks include:
- Attending initial client meetings to understand role requirements, company culture, and expectations for the search
- Working with senior team members to establish the scope of a search, utilising a variety of databases to build a map of relevant sectors and companies
- Speaking to market sources to collect relevant diligence on companies and potential candidates
- Making first contact with prospective candidates, understanding their relevancy for a role, and engaging them by advising on how the opportunity aligns with their career goals
- Meeting with candidates to assess experiential and behavioural fit through competency-based interviews, tailored to each search
- Producing the longlist, shortlist, and appraisal documentation for clients
- Serving as a liaison and trusted adviser to both candidates and clients throughout the process
- Assisting the search lead in taking formal references on favoured candidates
