Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment for courses in line with college standards.
• Develop and implement course materials, schemes of learning, and assessments.
• Support students\’ progress by offering regular one-on-one sessions and ensuring they meet academic and behavioral expectations.
• Contribute to the college quality assurance process and attend course team meetings.
• Support students with their progression routes, including career guidance and work placements.
• Maintain up-to-date records and reports on student attendance, assessments, and progress.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A strong background in the motor vehicle industry and teaching experience.
• A teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, DET, or Cert Ed).
• A Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Knowledge of current industry trends, standards, and electric/hybrid vehicle technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and support students to succeed.
