A large multinational leader based in London is currently looking for a Pension & Benefits Manager to support the Pensions team. You\’ll be involved in a dynamic team working at a company that is consistently growing, in modern and calm offices. This role is ideal for someone looking to take charge of the Pensions function and potentially oversee other duties such as implementation projects.

Your new role

You’ll be involved in various duties, including collaborating with the wider HR team and internal and external stakeholders to manage the pension function. Your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Serving as the main pension lead, including managing the Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes.
  2. Ensuring all pensions comply with legislation.
  3. Managing annual reporting and operations of pension schemes, including liaising with third-party providers.
  4. Leading the implementation of system changes and new projects.

What you\’ll need to succeed

  • Knowledge of pensions, including DC and DB schemes.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Significant experience in delivering projects.

What you\’ll get in return

You will receive a salary of £50,000+ and work in an office on the outskirts of London, accessible by train and bus from Central London. On-site parking is available.
