The ideal candidate will be well organised and experienced in dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing Sales and Purchase Ledgers and conducting other tasks related to finance. They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to produce clear financial reports.
Responsibilities
- Track expenditure, budget, VAT, cash flow, receipts, grants/funding income and other financial dealings of the company
- Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel) and Scribe accounts system (training will be available)
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Detail oriented
To be based at Pocklington Arts Centre 16hrs (over 3 days - 2 x 6hrs and 1 x 4hrs tbc). WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR REMOTE WORKING APPLICATIONS. OFFICE BASED.
