We are looking to recruit a cleaner to undertake various cleaning responsibilities at Dyffryn Cledlyn Primary School to ensure the school is kept in a clean and hygienic condition.

The Cleaning Service provides an essential service throughout Ceredigion. The role involves undertaking cleaning tasks to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.

While experience and knowledge of Health and Safety would be advantageous, full training will be provided. Good communication skills are required.

Roles require flexibility in location and hours, which may include early mornings and evenings.

Daily tasks include cleaning, washing, sweeping, vacuuming, emptying litter bins, damp wiping, and dusting of designated areas, including toilets and showers, fixtures, and fittings, using appropriate powered equipment.

We seek motivated and enthusiastic individuals with a flexible attitude, capable of carrying out various duties with a variable schedule.

Please note that a successful applicant without Welsh language skills will be supported to reach the required standard within two years of appointment.
