Senior Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: Central London or Warwickshire – Hybrid
Salary: Up to ÂŁ85,000 basic salary plus Bonus & Benefits
Our client is B Corp Certified, private equity owned, with a high-performance culture in an innovative and growing sector. The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will be a key role in delivering our client’s business strategy in the UK and internationally, focusing on attracting talent, especially in tech, product, and data capabilities, as well as overseeing operations hiring.
This role requires a talented and ambitious individual to bring fresh thinking, thought leadership, and an operational approach to talent attraction and hiring. You will work closely with the People Director and HR Business Partners. This is an excellent opportunity to develop an employer brand and drive high performance in a technology and data-led environment, proactively developing organizational capability and succession planning aligned with growth plans. The successful candidate will work at all levels and have the opportunity to significantly impact the future success of this fast-paced business, embodying the organization’s values and vision to be an employer of choice.
There is also an opportunity to enhance the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, reduce time to hire, and develop competency frameworks. Incorporating data-driven decision-making and stakeholder collaboration will be essential.
This dual role requires a hands-on individual leading technical/specialist resourcing while enhancing processes and capabilities to enable business leaders to define strategic capability needs. You will be accountable for the employee experience journey up to onboarding and will develop innovative attraction and sourcing strategies in a competitive market.
To be considered, you should be an experienced, highly analytical in-house Talent Acquisition professional with a proven track record in specialist head office or tech resourcing, managing multiple searches. You should also have experience establishing and leading the strategic direction of a well-regarded Talent function during a period of scale-up and transformation. This role offers an ambitious, self-starter individual the chance to create a legacy with exposure at the Board level, supporting strategic goals, and embracing direct hiring, career development, and employer brand enhancement.
