About the role

The Director of RPO Solution Design is responsible for crafting innovative, tailored, and scalable RPO solutions. This role involves leading the design and development of solutions that align with client needs and ensuring optimal service delivery. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and developing a target operating model that ensures effective and efficient recruitment processes.

What you’ll be doing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design Leadership: Take ownership of designing end-to-end RPO solutions that meet client requirements while aligning with internal sales objectives, revenue, and profitability targets.
  • Collaborative Development: Work closely with globally distributed SMEs and functional specialists to design and validate RPO solutions.
  • Client Needs Assessment: Collaborate with business development teams during the discovery phase to deeply understand client needs and translate these into tailored RPO solutions that deliver measurable results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure effective pursuit of complex deals, while ensuring consistent methodologies, processes, and tools are used to design and deliver solutions.
  • Solution Blueprint Development: Develop, document, and validate solution blueprints that incorporate organizational best practices and industry trends for recruitment, candidate engagement, and sales talent acquisition.
  • Proposal and Pricing Support: Participate in the development of RFP responses, including solution components like headcount, technology, and different service offerings tailored to both new and existing clients.
  • Financial Modeling and Resource Planning: Collaborate with the Regional Financial Controller and Pricing Team to develop financial models and resource plans that ensure the proposed solutions are both cost-effective and scalable.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and client stakeholders, presenting solution designs, articulating the value proposition, and ensuring alignment on all key elements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly analyze the effectiveness of deployed solutions, making data-driven recommendations to resolve issues and improve solution design for future opportunities.

About you

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Extensive experience in designing and implementing RPO solutions or other HR-related services, ideally with a focus on talent acquisition.
  • Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of complex solutions, with a focus on sales organizations and recruitment services.
  • Client-Focused: Strong ability to assess and align client requirements with tailored, innovative RPO solutions that support the sales organization’s needs.
  • Presentation Skills: Skilled at presenting and delivering strategic solution pitches to senior internal and external stakeholders, including executives.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), as well as experience with solution design tools and methodologies.
  • Education: Ideally possess a higher education diploma, with extensive experience in solution design, talent acquisition, or HR consulting services.
