As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with global leaders to align people strategies with business goals. You will lead initiatives related to performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development, while also overseeing UK people operations. The ideal candidate brings a strong generalist background, with a particular focus on business partnering, change management, and global HR processes, especially across diverse teams and time zones.

Accountabilities:
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive key HR initiatives including performance reviews, career development, and employee engagement.
  • Act as a change champion, leading and supporting organizational change across global teams.
  • Coach and guide managers, particularly with a focus on leadership development and team performance.
  • Handle employee relations issues and ensure consistent HR practices across regions.
  • Support global HR programs while also managing UK-specific people operations and compliance.
  • Collaborate with international teams, including India-based colleagues, on strategic people projects.
  • Oversee and approve UK payroll and act as the local point of contact for global people operations.
  • Analyze employee engagement data to recommend and implement improvements.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on business partnering and employee relations.
  • Strong experience in coaching, leadership development, and performance management.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and experience supporting international HR initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and flexible mindset.
  • Strong data analysis and project management capabilities.
  • Experience working across time zones with globally distributed teams.
  • Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • CIPD qualification and experience working with teams in India are a plus.
