Warehouse Operator (Day shift & Evening shift) – Clinical Services
CPL has partnered with ALMAC Group to recruit a Warehouse Operator for a temporary, ongoing contract.
Shift Details:
- Evening Shift – £15.98/hr (inclusive of a basic rate of £13.69 plus 16.7% shift allowance)
- Day Shift – to 15:30, Monday to Friday
- Evening Shift – to (time missing), Monday to Friday
Location:
ALMAC Global Headquarters, Craigavon
Benefits:

Hours:
37.5 hours per week
Overall Role Objective:
The post holder will handle material and inventory activities in a computerised warehouse environment supporting manufacturing/distribution. Responsibilities include receipt of materials, picking, processing work orders, and maintaining stock levels, customer service, and cGMP compliance.
Job Specific Responsibilities:
- Adhere to SOPs and report procedural non-compliances.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation, complying with cGMP standards.
- Assist with receipt, inspection, and storage of materials.
- Ensure accurate issuance and receipt of materials.
- Process returns and destruction-approved materials.
- Transfer materials safely between facilities.
- Label, store, and protect stock appropriately, recording locations accurately.
- Maintain paperwork and stock records diligently.
- Complete computer transactions accurately and promptly.
- Operate forklifts and handling equipment safely; training provided if needed.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards for safety and audit readiness.
- Assist with sampling and electronic transactions of clinical trial materials.
- Perform cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
Essential Requirements:
- GCSE Mathematics and English at Grade C or above, or equivalent.
- Relevant warehousing experience or proven ability to follow written instructions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Awareness of health and safety importance.
Desirable Requirements:
- Counterbalance or Reach Forklift license (ITSSAR or RTITB).
- Full clean driving license.
