Community Mental Health Nurse

We are looking to recruit an RMN Mental Health Nurse to join a community mental health team  in Warrington. This role involves providing high-quality care to individuals with diverse mental health conditions, fostering therapeutic relationships, and working collaboratively with a range of professionals.  You will work in the community assisting with patient transfers and providing clinical assessment. With an hourly rate of £25 plus £2 enhancement for nights and weekends, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment.  The role is full time working 37.5 hour per week.
