The role
As a casual member of staff at our Chester Residential office, you will play an integral role in representing the firm\’s brand and act as a first point of contact for clients. Additionally, there will be administrative duties to support our team. Please note this is a zero-hour contract.
Responsibilities
- Answering phones and speaking with clients
- Booking viewings and market appraisals
- Providing viewing feedback to vendors
- Performing any other ad hoc duties as required
Person specification
Qualifications/Key Skills
- GCSE level education or equivalent, including English and Mathematics qualifications
- Must hold a full, valid driving license
Experience
- Experience is not essential but preferred
- Professional approach and trustworthy
- Excellent communication skills both over the phone and in person
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients
- Good organizational and coordination skills
