Family Case Worker - Chester - Job iPeople SC Solutions Limited

iPeople SC Solutions is currently recruiting for a Family Case Worker to work for our client based in Chester, Cheshire West and Chester.

Family Intervention Worker

• To provide one to one support and intervention to families with children at the edge of care.
• The worker will be required to deliver intensive support in the home and the community.
• You will be required to understand policies and procedures in relation to children and families and safeguarding children supported by the CIN, CP process.
• Preferably you will be trained and accredited in parenting interventions to fulfil the aims and objectives of the edge of care service.
• You will need good recording and writing skills, be able to attend and contribute to meetings and provide an analysis of the effectiveness of the support and intervention delivered.
