About the programme:

The Global Graduate programme is an 18-month accelerated international development initiative combining real job experience from day one with structured training to build your commercial and leadership capabilities. You will have the chance to work on international projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and network with senior leaders worldwide. The programme offers a pathway from Graduate to Manager, with opportunities to develop into a future leader in our business.

Candidate profile:

• Seeking an international career in Finance
• Recently graduated with at least a Bachelor’s degree or a Merit Masters, preferably in Business, Finance, or related fields
• Inspiring, engaging, with strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Possess strong intercultural competencies from international experience or background
• Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, eager to take on new challenges
• Ability to combine analytical thinking with creative problem-solving
• Willing to be internationally mobile
• Fluent in English
