Do you have a talent for inspiring and engaging students through sports? We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Sports Coach to join our team at a vibrant Special Educational Needs (SEN) School. About Us: Our school is a supportive and inclusive learning environment committed to empowering students with diverse needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, and physical disabilities. Our school recognises the vital role sports play in building confidence, fostering teamwork, and enhancing physical and mental well-being. The Role: As a Sports Coach, you will: Deliver inclusive, engaging, and adaptive sports sessions tailored to the needs of students with SEN. Encourage active participation and skill development in a safe and supportive environment. Work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure sports programs align with individual education plans (EHCPs). Promote physical well-being, teamwork, and positive social interactions.What We're Looking For: A relevant sports coaching qualification Experience working with young people, ideally in an SEN or educational setting.
