Head of Conveyancing - Full or Part-time

An opportunity for a Residential Property Lawyer to head a small team for an established law firm in Warrington. You will oversee 2 fee earners and 2 support staff. The firm values quality over quantity, with instructions primarily from local estate agents and referrals. There is significant potential for long-term, genuine progression. Prior relationships in Warrington are advantageous but not essential.

Requirements:

1. Managing a team and providing advice to the conveyancing team.
2. Handling a caseload of residential conveyancing files, including freehold, leasehold, purchases, property transactions, sales, and remortgages.
3. Full understanding of the residential conveyancing process.
