Would you like to be involved with the assessment of apprentices within vocational apprenticeship standards? Would you like to support the drive to raise the level of skills within your industry? City & Guilds is one of the largest providers of End-point Assessments for over 50 apprenticeship standards across various industry sectors. We are recruiting qualified individuals to become Independent End-point Assessors (IEPAs), responsible for assessing apprentices’ competence in accordance with City & Guilds policies and procedures.

As an IEPA, you will assess and document apprentices’ competence against Apprenticeship Standards, provide advice on assessment sites, and support the End-point Assessment Team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to leverage your industry expertise, earn additional income with competitive daily rates, and develop your skills further.

To be considered, you must:

  • Hold an Assessor Qualification
  • Possess an industry-specific qualification
  • Provide evidence of relevant and up-to-date CPD related to the standard and industry

Applicants should meet the criteria outlined in the person specification, including:

  • Vehicle Damage Mechanical, Electrical and Trim Technician
  • Vehicle Damage Paint Technician
  • Vehicle Damage Panel Technician

Assessment includes skills tests: for Paint, 11 hours over 2 days; for Panel, 13 hours over 2 days, depending on tasks.
