In short

We\’re looking for a dynamic Digital Commercial Manager to join our APAC South team and lead the commercial & marketing strategy across various online platforms. This fast-paced role involves establishing On within SE Asia, laying the foundations for growth through operational and logistical projects, driving brand growth and customer engagement, managing relationships with key online marketplaces and agencies, and developing marketing programs to increase brand awareness and revenue. Working closely with the Senior Lead – Digital South APAC and supported by the wider APAC Digital team, you\’ll oversee multichannel commercial and marketing initiatives to enhance our digital footprint and customer reach within SE Asia.

Your Mission

  • Build the foundations for SE Asia, establishing localized fulfillment and logistics avenues through internal and external partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop new processes tailored to the SE Asia markets, especially in operations and customer service.
  • Create and implement digital strategies to boost brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Manage the brand webshop and key online marketplace accounts, driving promotions and growth.
  • Develop relationships with external stakeholders, including agencies and distribution partners, to execute end-to-end campaigns.
  • Lead and oversee agency relationships, ensuring effective campaign implementation and business development.
  • Manage budgets and agency partnerships to maximize ROI across marketplace platforms.
  • Coordinate with regional leads to align strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Focus on growth metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, and customer journey optimization.

Your story

  • Possess 5+ years of experience in digital commercial management, with exposure to warehousing, logistics, operations, and customer service functions.
  • Have led digital campaigns within a global organization, with a strong grasp of campaign lifecycle, multi-channel strategies, and KPI management.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including ecommerce, research, and insights.
  • Strategic thinker capable of navigating ambiguity and making balanced decisions.
  • Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem and implementing effective strategies across channels.
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments, taking ownership and inspiring teams.
  • Proven experience managing agency partners.
  • Track record of scaling platforms through strategic, data-driven decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing tools and growth strategies.
  • Experience with digital marketplace platforms (e.g., Shopee), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and campaign execution.
  • Experience working with international teams, scaling operations, and managing cross-border initiatives.
