Gizmo is a startup on a mission to make learning so easy and fun that anyone can learn anything. We\’re an early stage well-funded startup that\’s grown 10X in the last year. We\’re aiming to help 1 billion people learn by building Duolingo for Anything – a gamified way of learning anything!
We now need a high-performing talent partner to find, sell and close exceptional talent so we can scale up from a handful of people to a high-performing team.
What You\’ll Do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, outreach, interviews, offers, onboarding hand-off
• Build and maintain a top-of-funnel pipeline across engineering, product, design and ops
• Craft compelling job ads and shape our employer brand in the London tech scene
• Run a tight, data-driven process: time-to-hire, pass-through rates, candidate NPS
• Partner with the founders on headcount planning and compensation
