Commercial Litigation Partner – Potential Day 1 Partnership – Mid Market Firm

This is a mid-sized corporate firm with an excellent reputation and positive, pragmaticmanagement.

M&A, private equity, and venture capital work is at the heart of the firm and they have a loyal client base to whom they offer a (very) near full service.

There is a small, established litigation team who deal with complex, commercial disputes, often with an international element – shareholder disputes, post transactional conflicts etc.

They are seeking a partner to join this team as part of a growth drive, and are open to talking to Senior Associate, Legal Director or Counsel level lawyers who are blocked from partnership in City firms. You will however require your own client following for this role.
