Head Receptionist – Hotel

We are looking for an experienced Head Receptionist to lead the reception team as this lovely 4 star hotel in Windsor. As Head Receptionist you will run the reception shifts on a day to day basis of the front desk team and will report into the Reception Manager.

The Place
A 4-star riverside hotel in Windsor comprised of several characterful buildings clustered around a historic cobbled street by Eton Bridge. They have a fabulous collection of individually styled bedrooms, a modern conference centre and leisure Club with a gym, outdoor jacuzzi and sauna. The hotel has a riverside restaurant and lounge bar and is the perfect setting for both corporate and leisure guests.

The Person

The ideal Head Receptionist will have the following:

A minimum of 2 years\’ experience as a Senior Receptionist in a quality hotel of a similar size or at Head Receptionist in a smaller property.
Self-motivation and be able to motivate others to achieve through proven man-management skills, coaching and team building.
Strong organisational skills and be able to implement, work with and monitor systems and procedures ensuring attention to detail at all times.
Good understanding of all applicable health and safety legislation.
Be IT literate – Microsoft Office, Opera PMS preferred
An excellent command of written & spoken English and numeracy.
happy with shift work 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and weekends
