This is a multi-skilled role incorporating both Receptionist and Food and Beverage duties in line with the business demands. As our next Multi-Skilled Team Member, you will have the ability to multi-task and a can-do attitude in this exciting, fast-paced environment. You are flexible and always ready to assist at any stage of the guests’ stay, from check-in to check-out and everything in between. This may include working in Food and Beverage outlets including Breakfast, Bar, Lunch, and Dinner, and supporting Reservations and Back Office Teams when needed.
As a passionate individual, you will be dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services. To help you navigate your role and support your success, you will be trained in all front-of-house functions and safety procedures. To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests, you need to be fluent in English.
