The Role: Senior Project Manager As a Senior Project Manager , you will lead the planning and execution of complex communication projects across print, digital, and campaign touchpoints. You\’ll play a key leadership role in shaping how we deliver multi-channel solutions—from digital campaigns and websites to sustainability storytelling and internal engagement initiatives. This is a strategic and client-facing role requiring a blend of agency experience, digital expertise, and team leadership. You’ll be the bridge between our internal specialists and external clients, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and beyond expectations. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Delivery Oversee the full lifecycle of high-value digital, print and brand projects, ensuring exceptional outcomes aligned with client needs. Take ownership of timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management for a diverse project portfolio. Client Collaboration Serve as a strategic partner to clients, helping translate their business objectives into effective communication solutions. Ensure outstanding client service, proactively identifying opportunities to add value. Agency Workflow & Coordination Collaborate with design, digital, strategy and content teams to define project scopes, establish workflows, and manage priorities. Guide the planning and delivery of digital campaigns , social media activation, and brand rollouts. Team Leadership & Mentoring Lead by example, supporting junior project managers and encouraging collaboration across disciplines. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and creative excellence. Strategic Contribution Actively contribute to the evolution of our delivery capabilities as we expand our corporate reputation services. Provide insights and feedback to refine our offer around digital campaigns, brand storytelling, and employee engagement. Skills & Attributes Essential: Minimum 3 years\’ agency-side experience in project or account management roles. Proven ability to manage digital campaigns and social media delivery in a commercial setting. Comfortable leading multi-disciplinary teams across creative, development, and content workflows. Highly organised with strong financial and timeline control. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead client meetings confidently. A working knowledge of digital tools (e.g. Umbraco, CMS platforms), and project management software (e.g. ERP, Asana, Trello, Monday.com). A proactive mindset, keen to solve problems and think strategically. Desirable: Experience working in brand, employee engagement, or ESG/sustainability communication contexts. Qualification in project management (e.g. Prince2, Agile, or equivalent experience). Familiarity with Microsoft and Google Workspace tools. Why Join Us?
