Work is heavily leant towards fit outs of commercial buildings predominantly around NW. Experience wanted: 5+ Years as A Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor – Tier 1 Background preferred. Pre-Construction: Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets. Support in tender documentation and contractor selection.Construction Phase: Monitor and report on project costs, tracking against the budget.
