We are currently recruiting for an award-winning Property Management company for the role of Resident Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading organisation that ensures residential and commercial buildings run smoothly, remain well-maintained, and provide residents with a seamless, high-quality living experience. As the Resident Manager, reporting to the Estate Director, you’ll lead the on-site team in delivering exceptional service and creating a first-class living experience for residents, clients, and visitors.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead teams to deliver top-tier service for residents, clients, and customers
  • Oversee Concierge, Security, Amenities, and community engagement efforts
  • Manage the end-to-end resident experience, ensuring satisfaction and service excellence
  • Handle asset mobilisation, risk management, health and safety, contracts, and finances
  • Oversee tenders, contract implementation, and ensure actions are documented
  • Monitor contractor performance, emergency response, and compliance
  • Manage recruitment, performance, payroll, and team development
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including landscaping and cleaning services
