About the Role:
- Position: EMEA Commercial Lead
- Reports To: EMEA PjM Director
- Location: London
Position Purpose: As a CBRE/T&T Sr. Commercial Manager, you will lead the commercial relationship with an existing client and oversee a team managing capital projects and commercial support across EMEA. Your responsibilities include managing financial reporting, capital planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Do:
- Lead a commercial team within a client environment, ensuring flawless project delivery and supporting client teams.
- Manage a team of Commercial Managers and external support.
- Provide strategic commercial and procurement advice to stakeholders.
- Support reporting on project performance, financial data compilation, and capital planning.
- Review budgets, financial close-outs, and ensure data accuracy across systems.
- Maintain market rate benchmarks and improve existing methods and processes.
What You'll Need:
- Proven leadership in managing diverse commercial teams.
- Extensive experience in client interactions and senior leadership engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field; MRICS membership.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in complex commercial/cost management related to project management or quantity surveying.
- Strong financial, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information: Effective January 1, 2025, CBRE Project Management and Turner & Townsend will consolidate into a single global entity. Initial employment may be with CBRE GWS, with a subsequent transfer to Turner & Townsend.
