ABOUT THE ROLE

Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct Red Book standard Commercial valuations for loan security

– Represent the team at internal and external events, showcasing your expertise.

– Identify and convert new business opportunities, enhancing brand awareness.

– Showcase strong self-motivation and effective workload management.

– Demonstrate impeccable numerical and analytical skills.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience and Qualifications:

– MRICS qualified with 3 – 15 years PQE.

– Proficient in Valuations to Red Book standard.

– Demonstrated passion and experience in the property industry.

– Possession of a full UK driving license; Registered Valuer status preferred.
