We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Hospitality and Catering Lecturer to join our forward-thinking Further Education College in the heart of Cheshire.
Job Role:
As a key member of our vocational team, you will deliver engaging, high-quality teaching to students across a range of courses including NVQs, Diplomas, and Apprenticeships in Hospitality, Professional Cookery, and Catering. You will help shape future industry professionals through hands-on training, theory-based learning, and mentoring.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver practical and classroom-based lessons in line with curriculum standards.
- Support students' academic and personal development.
- Develop and assess coursework, practical assignments, and exams.
- Keep up to date with industry trends to ensure the course content remains current.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and industry partners to enhance learner experiences.
Requirements:
- Industry experience in hospitality, catering, or professional cookery.
