Responsibilities: Lead the design, prototyping, development, testing, and cutover integration activities throughout the project phases, ensuring alignment with the scope, quality, and timelines program management sets. Coordinate development teams across various IT Centers of Excellence (CoEs), including AMS Factory Services, to design, build, and test applications within the scope of the HCM Program. Accountabilities: Create and maintain global design documentation, including the As-Is integration inventory, To-Be integration landscape, integration strategy, design specifications, functional specifications, and test scripts. Address and resolve integration-related changes within the applications covered by the HCM Program. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for integration design topics. Act as a subject matter expert on legacy and third-party (non-Workday) applications within the HCM Program. Required Skills: SAP ERP HCM experience Workday HCM experience Strong design skills Experience with payroll integrations
