CNC Grinder Requirements. * Experience in operating, setting and running of Mazatrol CNC Lathes of 2 Axis and also using driven tool Lathes and or experience in using 5 axis Mazak mills in an AS9100 Rev D environment. * Good knowledge in tool setting and tooling requirements. * Ability to adjust machine offset coordinates to repeat correct manufacturing requirements. * Used to working with High Tensile and Ultra High Tensile materials. * Ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings and Route Cards. * Work effectively as part of a team implementing company policies and procedures. * Carry out 1st off inspection from route cards and fill out paperwork correctly. * Must be vigilant and diligent with a good attention to detail and able to maintain high standards of work through high volume batches. * Used to working to tight tolerances on all types of materials. * Be able to set a standard of cleanliness and maintain it in their working area. * To be able to complete accurately and in a timely fashion all relevant paperwork. * Minimum of 3 year’s experience within engineering environment.
