The opportunity has arisen for a Contracts and Commercial Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities / Role:- Working in a team of Commercial Managers and Consultants, you will be a key member of the Consulting Team from both management level to consultant level in Sales & Delivery.
- Discuss customer requirements and advise on the capabilities and limitations of Oracle’s contracting process.
- Model pricing structures for products to work toward a customer’s budget or sales commercial efforts.
- Determine the appropriate method of contracting.
- Draft contracts and process them through internal business approvals.
- Draft nonstandard contracts, including contracts for Public Sector Customers via the G-Cloud Framework.
- Analyze and interpret information received from the consulting sales teams to formulate and implement recommendations and solutions.
- Prepare, deliver, and conduct training sessions for the consulting sales teams on internal business processes.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders within the business to provide guidance related to deal modelling and contract drafting.
- Stay up-to-date with advances in product/field and suggest possible improvements to deal modelling or contract drafting.
- Mentor and train junior members of the team.
