We have a fantastic role for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a well-established local business on a part-time basis. Due to retirement, an opportunity has arisen to join a friendly, small accounts team reporting to the Head of Finance at their offices in Wrotham.
The Accounts Assistant will primarily handle purchase ledger duties, with additional responsibilities including sales invoicing, credit control, and managing company credit cards. Experience with Sage is required, and familiarity with Xero would be advantageous as the company is transitioning to this platform soon.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, approximately 30 hours per week, with flexibility. Benefits include 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata), plus additional leave at 3, 5, 10, and 15 years of service. The package also includes an 8% pension contribution and Vitality Healthcare.
