For the past 35 years we have provided our clients with the finest Film Facilities, trailers and technical trucks, delivering the highest levels of service, without compromising on our responsibility to operate with integrity. We are seeking an enthusiastic Transport Coordinator to join our team, to ensure our Clients needs are not only met, but surpassed, with each Production receiving an exceptional level of service – our drivers and transport team are crucial to achieving this. The role will incorporate Being the first point of contact for the drivers, including Briefing Debriefing Allocating paperwork, fuel cards etc Downloading tacho cards Approving timesheets Ensuring drivers adhere to their compliance duties (walkaround checks, WTD etc) Escalating exceptions and potential issues to the Transport Managers. Working closely with the Transport Managers, Planners and Compliance Team to ensure the Clients requirements are achieved and all duties are carried out safely and legally.
