We are looking for a qualified vocational teacher (PGCE/QTS/QTLS) to deliver Barista and Hospitality training to young learners aged 15-18 at HMYOI Feltham. This practical, skills-based role involves teaching young people how to make coffee, serve customers, run a small café, and build confidence for life after custody. You will help them develop transferable, employable skills in an engaging and meaningful way.
Responsibilities
- Up to 23 teaching hours/week: 3.5 hrs AM + 2 hrs PM (Mon-Thu), 3 hrs on Fridays
- Finish at 1 pm on Fridays
- Include non-contact time and PPA in schedule
- Teach in small groups, with scope for 1:1 or outreach support
