What You Will Be Doing
- Taking full ownership of farm operations, including bird welfare, health and safety, and delivering top-quality poultry to exacting standards.
- Managing farm budgets and hitting targets, both financial and operational.
- Leading and mentoring a dedicated team, creating a positive, professional, and productive working environment.
- Upholding high standards in farm appearance and integrity, recognizing that first impressions count, even in the countryside.
- Living and breathing the commitment to animal welfare in every decision and action.
- Participating in our bespoke Agriculture Academy, with opportunities to develop your skills and shape your future as a next-generation agriculture leader.
- Supporting Assistant Farm Managers in their growth into future farm leaders.
What You Need
- Solid experience in broiler farm management.
