SailPoint is looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and motivated Digital Sales Representative who will be responsible for driving sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales tactics. Using your experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) opportunity creation & sales, you will be responsible for delivering a positive customer experience using the SailPoint sales model while maximising revenue in target accounts. In this role, you will be linked with a team of field sales counterparts (Outside Account Executive, SEs, Channel Partners, etc.) helping to penetrate new accounts and cross-sell into existing SailPoint accounts.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with effective communication skills, very well organized, a knack for persuasion, and a deep understanding of digital sales techniques. Fluency in French is essential as you'll be covering the French-speaking countries. This is a hybrid role based in either Madrid or London, with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.

The Path to Success

Our most successful DSRs achieve these milestones:

  • Complete Getting Started Checklist, including onboarding coursework, HR sessions, Identity University, and role-specific courses.
  • Familiarize yourself with the High-level Function Org Chart and main business functions.
  • Complete Challenger Sales Training.
  • Utilize all video collateral to augment onboarding training.
  • Learn and practice the SailPoint pitch.
  • Meet the team – Digital Sales, AEs, Marketing, Channel, Sales Leadership (schedule intro meetings).
  • Set up regular meetings with your buddy and manager.
  • Shadow discovery calls and learn prospecting tools like LinkedIn, 6Sense, TechTarget, ZoomInfo.

Within 3 months, you will have:

  • Completed Challenger Sales Training & Introduction to Commercial Insights.
  • Completed Revenue Onboarding.
  • Conducted mock discovery calls and refined the SailPoint pitch.
  • Reviewed your development plan with your manager.
  • Shadowed discovery calls, mapped top accounts, made initial calls, booked discovery calls, and created opportunities in Salesforce.

By 6 months, you will have:

  • Achieved pipeline targets and managed activities via KPI dashboard.
  • Closed a deal with support from an AE.

By 12 months, you will have:

  • Delivered against annual funnel and pipeline targets.
  • Maintained KPI results.
  • Closed deals independently.

Qualifications

This position requires an ambitious self-starter with experience in telemarketing, preferably in technology, and strong relationship selling skills. 2+ years of successful experience is preferred.
