Commercial law firm on Teesside is looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation lawyer of 0 to 5 years’ PQE. The team consists of a dedicated team of lawyers, who are all very experienced in all areas of commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, property litigation, commercial and residential tenancy disputes, consumer protection and product liability, tortious claims, volume claims and debt recovery.
The successful candidate will cover most, if not all of these areas and, specifically, you will undertake the following:
- Acting for claimants and defendants in a variety of commercial disputes
- Handling volume claims for large clients
- Ensuring that clients are fully appraised of the costs and risks applied to their case
You will also assist with the business development initiatives and marketing activities of the firm. It is essential that you are a strong team player who can also work independently to drive forward our client base. Excellent organisational and collaboration skills are also a must.
