The Bryson Care Service provides personal care and domestic/practical and emotional support to enable our service users to live in their own homes for as long as possible. The service aims to help people maintain their independence and give the person as much control as possible over their daily living. You could be making that change to someone's life and helping them live independently.
What you need to know:
- Contract: Various 12 or 20 Hrs
- Shift Times: Mornings: 7am – 2:00pm, Bed: 7:00pm – 11:00pm (hours can vary)
- Rota: 2 week rolling rota to support work life balance
- Weekly Pay

What the role entails:
- Assist/support Service Users in their own homes by undertaking tasks based on individual need and specific to individual Care/Support Plans
- Assist/support Service Users in and out of bed and with daily dressing
- Assist/support Service Users with washing, bathing and showering
- Assist/support Service Users with toileting
- To make beds as necessary
- Any other requirements of the job directed from management

- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Experience of caring in paid or unpaid capacity
- Full Driving licence and access to a car as part of the job requirements
