What You’ll Be Doing:
- Learn to carry out electrical installations, maintenance, and safety checks
- Assist with planning tasks, preparing materials, and arranging appointments
- Work on occupied and empty properties, always delivering with care and quality
- Support with digital records and learn to use industry-standard tools and tech
- Build knowledge and confidence across a range of electrical systems
- Provide excellent customer service with a polite, positive attitude
- Attend college and complete your Level 3 Electrical Installation and Maintenance qualification

Person Specification – Are You the One We’re Looking For?
Qualifications:
- GCSEs (grades 8-4 / A-C) in English and Maths, or equivalent (Level 2 Functional Skills)
- Good written and verbal communication
- Reliability and strong timekeeping
- Enthusiasm to learn and take on new challenges
- A team player who’s confident and respectful
- Eagerness to develop practical electrical skills
- The ability to work independently as your confidence grows
- Comfortable using or learning to use job-related technology
- Commitment to safe working practices
Desirable (but not essential):
- Working toward or holding a full UK driving licence (age-appropriate)
- Any experience in construction or domestic maintenance work
- Previous customer service exposure in a hands-on environment
