Centre Host (Part Time)

Vantage is looking for a part-time Centre Host to join our team based in Toyota Knaresborough.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £25,282.40 basic salary per annum, with OTE bonus of £28,782.40 (pro rata), plus excellent benefits!

Our passion for providing the highest quality customer service is central to everything we do. We now have an opportunity for two customer-focused Centre Hosts to join our team at Vantage Toyota Knaresborough.

About the Role

This role is part-time, working on Thursdays and Fridays, from 8:00 to 17:00.

Customer experience is the focus of this role. You will make customers feel welcome by engaging with them and ensuring their experience is professional and positive. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, building rapport, understanding their needs, and directing them to the appropriate team (e.g., Sales or Service). You will also offer refreshments, encourage browsing, and work closely with marketing standards to keep the showroom looking its best.
